Sit Fitness

Sit Fitness - Starting 10th April  at Penrhyn Bay Community Centre 11.30am

A chair-based fitness class is a low-impact workout designed for individuals who are less mobile, returning to exercise, or brand new to fitness. Using a  chair for support, participants engage in seated exercises that help improve strength, flexibility, and mobility. This class is perfect for those looking to ease into physical activity at their own pace, with exercises tailored to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.

At Ladies Body Fit, I believe that fitness is not just about looking good, but feeling good too. I work with clients to create personalised workout plans that are tailored to their individual goals and needs. We offer a variety of training options, including one-on-one sessions, group classes and virtual training. The focus is on building strength, improving flexibility, increasing overall health and wellness.
